What to Do the Day Before Your UCAT

The day before your UCAT is not the time to completely reinvent your score.

Your main job is to arrive at the test rested, organised and familiar with your strategy.

Avoid doing endless full mocks late into the evening. A final light review can be helpful, but heavy cramming often creates more anxiety than improvement.

You might review a few key methods, check common mistakes and do a short warm-up set if that helps you feel settled.

Then stop.

Make sure you know where you are going, what time you need to leave and what you need to bring.

Eat normally. Drink water. Get a sensible night’s sleep.

You may feel tempted to compare scores online the night before. Do not. Other people’s results cannot help you now.

Trust the work you have already done.

The best final-day strategy is usually simple: light review, practical preparation and rest.
