What to Do on the Morning of Your UCAT

The morning of your UCAT should feel organised, not frantic.

Give yourself enough time to get ready without rushing. Eat something familiar if you normally eat breakfast. Drink enough water, but do not suddenly change your routine.

A small warm-up can be useful if it helps you focus. That might mean a few simple maths questions or a short passage.

Do not do a full mock.

You are not trying to prove your score before the real test.

Leave plenty of time for travel. Arriving stressed because you are late is avoidable.

If you feel nervous, remind yourself that nerves are normal. They do not mean you are unprepared.

Once the test starts, focus only on the section in front of you.

You do not need a perfect morning. You need a calm enough one.
