If you are brand new to the UCAT, your first week should be about understanding the test rather than chasing a high score.
Day one: learn the format and the four sections.
Day two: try a short Verbal Reasoning set.
Day three: try Decision Making.
Day four: try Quantitative Reasoning.
Day five: try Situational Judgement.

Building Your Plan
Day six: review your mistakes and identify the areas that felt hardest.
Day seven: create a realistic plan for the next few weeks.

Putting It Into Practice
Keep the first week light enough that you can think clearly. You are collecting information about your starting point.
Do not panic if your first scores are low. Early practice is supposed to reveal weaknesses.
Your first week is successful if, by the end, you understand the test better and know what to work on next.
