How to Revise for UCAT Situational Judgement in 30 Minutes a Day

A good 30-minute SJT session should focus on reasoning, not just answer memorisation.

Spend ten minutes on a small set of scenarios.

Then spend fifteen minutes reviewing the principles behind each answer.

Ask whether the scenario was mainly about safety, confidentiality, honesty, competence, teamwork or escalation.

Use the final five minutes to write down one general rule you can reuse.

For example:

“Safety concerns should be addressed, not ignored.”

Or:

“Private concerns are usually handled privately unless there is a serious reason to escalate.”

Short, thoughtful SJT practice is often more useful than rushing through huge numbers of scenarios.
