The best UCAT routine is boring enough to repeat.
That is a good thing.
If every study day requires a new plan, huge motivation and perfect conditions, consistency becomes difficult.
Choose regular times or triggers for practice. For example, you might do UCAT after lunch on certain days or after school before dinner.
Keep the sessions specific.
“Do UCAT” is vague.
“Complete one timed QR set and review mistakes” is clear.
You should also prepare the next session before you finish the current one. Decide what you will work on next so you do not waste time choosing later.
A routine reduces decision fatigue.
You do not need to feel motivated every day. You just need a system that makes starting easier.
